All services must be used by same customer.(Cannot be shared)
Payment – in order to secure your appointments, all bookings must be paid for in advance.
Course service (6 sessions of acupuncture) is valid for 6 weeks from the date of purchase, Course service (12 sessions of acupuncture) is valid for 4 months from the date of purchase, however either of facial treatment or particular symptom is valid for 6 weeks from the date of purchase, based on a request by practitioner.
Appointments are scheduled on a first come, first served basis.
Regarding the attendance of your appointment, unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance or in the case that the patient is late or misses the appointment altogether a fee will be charged in full as the clinic incurs costs. We only accept the cancellation or reschedule made during our working hours by phone on +853 6201 6108, and do not accept cancellation or reschedule made on bank holidays and Sundays. Please be noted that cancellation or reschedule made by email and mobile phone text are not accepted by us.
To ensure consistency in bookings, all appointments have an allocated time slot. Late arrivals will therefore have a reduced treatment time (All treatments will end as scheduled to avoid delay for the next guest.) and the treatment fee will remain unchanged (you will automatically forfeit 100% of your payment in lieu of Administration Costs). We take these policies seriously.
We will make every effort to see you as close to your appointment, some consultations take longer than planning and this may delay your appointment which means we can not guarantee that you will always be seen exactly on time However, you should still aim to arrive on time so that your appointment is not canceled. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you.
We accept cash and debit cards.
We are unable to accept personal cheques and credit card as a form of payment.
All prices are in pound sterling. The pricelist is subject to change without notice. Full and detailed information on pricing is given by the Receptionist upon request. This pricelist is effective from 01 October 2016, it serves as information purposes and may not be treated as a formal trade offer. All purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Costs of blood tests, ultrasound scans, treatment service (Acupuncture, Cupping and Tui Na) and medications are charged separately. Required laboratory tests, number of scans, treatment service and medication are dependant on medical situation and vary from patient to patient.
As we have only one practitioner in clinic, all patient should understand and agree any inconvenience that may caused to you if he is on holiday, and we strive as much as possible to provide the best service to you.
We don't provide our prescription on requests from our patients as protection of our secret recipe.
The herbal medication has been individually prescribed for you. For the safety of our patients, we cannot offer refunds. All our herbal medication requires at least 7 days doses and advance payment. (For doses more than 10 days, please arrange an appointment for collection.) Delivery service is available.
Please notice the herbal medication are drugs, although it is safe for most people, rare cases shown people will happen the following side effect, such as allergy, acne, bowel movement changes, etc. If any of the side effects occur then please stop the usage and refer the matter to the practitioner for the substitution of medication.
The patient has to take the right herbal prescriptions on the right day, if you do not follow the instructions you may find that the prescriptions may no longer be effective for you.
We charge higher fees for multiple symptoms, consultant appointments and weekend and early or late weekday appointments and for laboratory charges for blood tests and genetic testing.
Insurance claims : We do not accept payment from insurance companies and will ask you to pay for your appointment and claim all or some of the cost back from your medical insurance company.
Testimonials submitted to us can be used for marketing purposes and they are owned by Ines Medical.
In case of any disagreements then the clinic reserves all the rights in making the final decision.
